The DTRO (Disc-Tube Reverse Osmosis) system operates on the principle of reverse osmosis: pressure forces water molecules in the leachate to pass through the reverse osmosis membrane, while all pollutants, including ammonia nitrogen and other molecules and particles larger than 1 nm, are retained, thereby achieving the purpose of treating various types of wastewater. The disc-tube membrane module mainly consists of RO membrane sheets, guide discs, a central pull rod, a housing, end flanges, various seals, and connecting bolts. The filter membrane sheets and guide discs are stacked together, fixed with the central pull rod and end flanges, and then placed into a pressure-resistant housing to form a disc-tube membrane module. DTRO overcomes the drawback of conventional reverse osmosis systems being prone to fouling when treating leachate, making the system more stable, reducing operating costs, and providing a service life of over three years..jpg)
